Participation rules
1. A minimum number of 4 competing boats in Division A is required
2. Entries are limited to a maximum of 10 teams for Division A, 10 teams for Division B and 5 teams for Division C. Possibility to increase this number depending on the availability of other boats.
3. Teams applying are 4 or 5 crews per boat in Division A (the price is determined for the entire boat according to the total number of crew - 4 or 5 - and the deposit will be €2,000 in cash, cheque or credit card) and 8 crews or more per boat in Division B (the price is determined for the entire boat and the deposit will be from €3.200 to €4,000 in cash in function of the boat, cheque or credit card)
4. Only for Division A: to participate in the ranking of MBA Sailing League, skippers must either hold, or be studying for, a Master's or higher-level qualification (e.g. MBA, MSc, PhD), or be a member of the faculty from the Business School being represented. Furthermore, at least 80% of the team members must either hold, or be studying for, a Master's or higher-level qualification (e.g. MBA, MSc, PhD) or be a member of the faculty from the Business School being represented.

The competition will be contested using RS21 for Division A, Cruise boats (40"/46") for Division B and Lagoon 42 for Division C.
Guest Packages are available:
• Additional Guest (no regatta): 1 dinner + Conference & Gala Dinner
If you want to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings of Sardinia, to have lovely walks through villages and towns on the shore, network and have fun at the event, but you don't want to participate in the sailing race, you can participate as an Additional Guest. The hotel stay is not included.

From 15 March an additional fee of €250 per Division A boat and an additional fee of €400 per Division B boat will be required .

After making any payment, please send an email to sailingclub@gsom.polimi.it informing us of the details of the items purchased (e.g.: Payment for Division B + 2 extra Division B + 1 additional guest)
You can send the full amount or a 50% deposit with the balance due by April 15, 2026.
The reservation is valid if at least the 50% deposit is paid.
Failure to pay the full amount by April 15, 2026, will result in the cancellation of the reservation and the forfeiture of the deposit.
Payments after April 15, 2026, must be made in full.
A deposit is requested at the time of boat pick-up (cash, cheque or credit card).
Tickets are not refundable.
The registration fee per boat includes:

Boat hiring

Race entry fee and all race organisation costs (set-up, racing & redress committees, etc.)

Use of the marinas' facilities

There is no accommodation provided for Division A (teams must make their own arrangements); for Division B and Divisione C accommodation is available on board the boats (sheets, blankets and towels are provided)

Dinner and entertainment, formal awards ceremony at the end of the second day of races

The organisers can cancel the event if the minimum conditions for participation are not met or by their own unquestionable judgment with the full refund of any amounts paid.
